EDUCATION-18004 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Legal Training and Consultation Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal training and consultation services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – Provide the services for both pre–k–12 and higher education institutions.– Deliver keynote, half–day, full–day or two–day in–person training on topics with legal considerations for public schools, institutions of higher learning, and related personnel.– Deliver up to two hours of virtual training on topics with legal considerations for publics schools, institutions of higher education, and related personnel.– Create new or update existing curricula on an as–needed basis.– Serve in a consultative role for staff developing content with legal implications and advise on proposed legislation.– The targeted training audience is pre–k–12 school administrators and school safety personnel, law enforcement officers assigned to pre–k–12 public schools, institutions of higher education, and other personnel related to such institutions and the safety thereof. (2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
