(1) Vendor needs to provide housing compliance and property management training services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.– Training shall support compliance, property management, occupancy administration, asset management, and leadership functions across agency portfolio of federally assisted and affordable housing programs.– provide training programs that include curriculum development,instructional materials, participant manuals, examinations (where applicable), continuing educationopportunities, and completion certificates.– Required Topics:• Eligibility determination• Tenant selection plans• Waiting list administration• Applicant screening requirements• Verification hierarchy• Annual and interim recertifications• Lease administration• Student eligibility rules• Mixed–family requirements• Citizenship and non–citizen requirements• Unit transfers• Terminations of assistance and tenancy• Repayment agreements• Recordkeeping requirements• Fair Housing implications(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
