(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal attorney service to the government authority located in Winslow, NJ. • Provide legal advice and counsel to the Committee and municipal officials on statutory and regulatory matters governing municipal operations.• Prepare, review, and advise on ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other legal documents as necessary.• Assist in the interpretation of existing laws, ordinances, code provisions, and regulations.• Represent the Township in administrative proceedings, as well as in municipal, state, and federal courts.• Act as liaison to any special counsel when required, and oversee their work as deemed necessary.• Prepare and submit legal pleadings, briefs, and motions on behalf of the Township.• Advise the Township on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations affecting municipal operations.• Advise on land use and zoning regulations, including preparation and review of planning and zoning documents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
