Disaster Recovery Plan Update [P-63702]

The City of Pasadena is seeking qualified firms for services to assist in updating the City's IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan. Maintained by the Department of Information Technology (DoIT), the current plan needs to be updated to account for the significant technological, operational, and work style changes accelerated in the last few years, including more investments in cloud hosted technologies and employee remote work. A consulting services engagement with industry experts will analyze and update DoIT's existing DR Plan along with adding new elements of business continuity planning. The integration of the DR Plan with Business Continuity (BC) elements seeks to ensure planning for disaster recovery includes operational resiliency as a key defining factor to mitigate potential disaster impacts.
