The City of Oakland, Human Resource Management Department (HRMD), is seeking proposals from qualified firm(s) to provide a video-based interview platform to support and streamline the City’s remote recruitment and hiring process. Interested and qualified respondents are invited to submit proposals demonstrating their expertise, experience, qualifications, and capacity to provide responsive and effective services in accordance with the requirements of the RFP. Experience working with public sector agencies and integration with NeoGov is highly desired.
