(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in PIattsburgh, NY.• Review of the June 2026 feasibility study and master plan, the County housing needs analysis, the boundary survey and subdivision materials provided as Exhibit B, available record drawings, and prior utility mapping.• Field reconnaissance and verification of visible infrastructure, invert elevations, and connection points.• Coordination meetings with the Town of (water and sewer) and other utility providers as required.• Identification of data gaps and a written request for any additional information required• Development of no fewer than two infrastructure corridor and alignment alternatives serving both Phase I districts.• Comparative evaluation addressing constructability, cost, permitting exposure, easementrequirements, phasing flexibility, and impact on developable land area.• Preliminary construction phasing and implementation sequence.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 29, 2026 (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Sep 25, 2026.
