(1) Vendor needs to provide christmas tree lighting and parade live broadcasting services.– Sponsor the live broadcast of the city 2026 Christmas events, including the Christmas Tree Lighting, tentatively – Advertise the tree lighting ceremony, merry Lights, and parade on the sponsor’s regularly scheduled programming and digital outlets, such as the business’ website, social media outlets, and other possible platforms, such as apps, for a minimum of two weeks before each event– Broadcast the tree lighting and parade live from each event– Provide a person or person(s) to emcee both events– Provide all personnel, equipment, and materials for each event(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026
