ITQ#159996 Purchase One (1) Draw Out Low Voltage Air Circuit Breaker for Powerplant

The purpose of this Invitation to Quote is to retain a qualified vendor to supply and deliver one (1) Draw Out Low Voltage Air Circuit Breaker LA type, 600AF, 3P, 25KAIC@480V, manually operated for use in the Powerplant. The vendor is responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, skills, and supervision required to fulfill the purchase of the breaker in compliance with the specifications outlined in the scope of work. The selected vendor shall ensure that the breaker meets all technical requirements and safety standards as detailed or implied by the specifications provided. This includes, but is not limited to, the supply of the equipment, coordination of delivery, and any necessary installation support as outlined in the ITQ. The award of this contract will not be based solely on price; considerations will also include the vendor's ability to meet the required delivery schedule and the quality of the product in accordance with the City's requirements. Timeliness and reliability in delivery will be key factors in the evaluation process.
