EXTRA-74384 - USA (Montgomery, Maryland) - Commuter Stores Operation Service - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commuter stores operation service to the government authority located in Montgomery, MD. – The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, equipment, materials, and other resources necessary to operate and support the agency’s Commuter Stores.– The store provides in–person customer support, including comprehensive transit benefit assistance, Capital Bikeshare transactions, and general information on agency and regional transportation services.– The contractor shall provide information on and facilitate the sale of intercity bus services, including Peter Pan Bus Lines, where applicable.– The contractor must ensure uninterrupted operation of the Mobile Commuter Store (MCS).– Contractor must conduct proactive outreach outside of the MCS, including tabling and promotion outside the vehicle, weather–permitting.– Make reasonable accommodation for customers who may require additional assistance, such as helping by filling out forms or accessing online applications.– The Contractor shall identify and provide all equipment necessary to operate the agency Stores, including Point–of–Sale systems, computers, printers, and other operational equipment required to support daily store operations, unless otherwise specified by the agency.– The Contractor must use Point–of–Sale and data systems capable of capturing transaction–level information by location.– The Contractor must ensure reliable internet connectivity and operational systems necessary to support transaction processing, customer service, and operational data collections at all Store locations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.
