EXTRA-78157 - USA (Anchorage, Alaska) - Structure Board Up Services - Deadline November 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide structure board up services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK. – The contractor shall completely secure all accessible points of entry, including but not limited to:i. First Floor Windowsii. Second Floor Windowsiii. Exterior Doorsiv. Basement Windowsv. Crawlspace openingsvi. Exterior stairwells/balconiesvii. Sheds and Outbuildingsviii. Other openings and structures as directed by the CAO or their authorized representative– For non–emergency board ups, contractors must complete all board up activities on a structure within 5 calendar days of PO issuance.– Walkways and roadways must be kept clear of equipment and debris.– The Contractor shall designate a “Foreperson” as the Contractor’s on–site supervisor.– Contractor is not authorized to provide any information in response to any public inquiries about board up activities.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 29, 2026.
