BILLING-3101 - USA (New York) - Gift Cards Services - Deadline July 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide gift cards services to the government authority located in New York. • Gift Cards must be available in denominations of $25.00, $50.00 and $100.00 for the following Merchants:• Amazon • Barnes & Noble • iTunes • Lowes Target • Walmart• supply activated physical Gift Cards to various County departments.• Gift cards will have a unique identification number.• Cards will not allow cash withdrawals or a deposit into a bank account.• Cards can be used online or in–person.• Cards that are defective must be replaced at no charge with the previous Gift Card remaining balance(s).Cardholders will have the ability to register the Gift Card online to allow balance tracking.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
