(1) Vendor needs to provide professional fire protection engineering services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. • Professional fire protection engineering services pool on an as–needed basis for new construction, renovations, alterations, facility improvements, system upgrades, inspections, assessments, and other projects.• Evaluate existing fire protection and life–safety systems and conditions. • Identify deficiencies and provide recommendations for corrective action or improvements. • Review existing drawings, reports, inspection records, and other available documentation.• Review applicable fire and life–safety codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. • Conduct fire and life–safety code reviews. • Evaluate means of egress, occupancy, fire–resistance requirements, and related life–safety considerations. • Provide recommendations for code compliance and risk reduction(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 30, 2026.
