(1) Vendor needs to provide shuttle transportation services to the government authority located in Miami Beach, FL.– Provided shuttle transportation services for a minimum of three (3) large–scale special events comparable.– A large–scale special event shall be defined as an event with 10,000+ attendees and can take the form of art shows, cultural, convention, entertainment, sporting, or other events requiring the simultaneous deployment and coordination of at least five (5) passenger vehicles operating on designated routes and schedules.– For each qualifying event, the bidder shall provide:– Event or project name and location.– Client or contracting entity.– Dates and duration of service.– Number of attendees.– Description of the shuttle services provided.– Number and types of vehicles deployed.– Approximate daily hours of operation and service frequency.– Client contact name, telephone number, and email address for verification.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
