DRA-11756 - USA (Washington) - Origin Destination Survey Services - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide origin destination survey services to the government authority located in Washington.– Survey will collect detailed trip and demographic data including origin and destination, access mode, transfers, other routes used, fare amount, fare usage by fare media and fare payment method, trip purpose, and optional demographic information.– Journey details will include the specific origin; modes and services used before boarding the surveyed service (including the type and cost of any parking); modes and services used after alighting; the specific destination; fare paid and fare media; and optional demographic information such as household income and size, race/ethnicity, gender, language spoken at home, English proficiency, disability and age group– Consultant will be responsible for developing on–board and off–board survey methods to most efficiently maximize response rates and data reliability and to ensure the ability to project the results of the sample onto the population.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
