DRA-11363 - USA (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) - Cold Weather Survey Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cold weather survey services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– To conduct the annual PUC–required field Cold Weather Surveys for an estimated 10,000 to 15,000 PGW customers for 2026 through 2029– The survey will be conducted during the period of October through November and provide results that will be integrated into information system– Is able to receive a daily–refreshed web–based file of customer accounts/locations eligible to be surveyed.– Will group and assign surveys by creating their own logically and spatially aware work each day based on a daily refreshed pool of potential work orders.– Will conduct surveys and record results with the occupant or a responsible adult at the premise.– Will complete surveys within the given time frame.– Will be able to provide daily results via the web–based data collection application provided(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for four years.
