(1) Vendor needs to provide mediation services to the government authority located in .– The mediation program provides an opportunity for complainants and agency to voluntarily resolve eligible complaints through a confidential, facilitated dialogue as an alternative to the traditional misconduct process. – Case Preparation. Review case information provided by the agency Program Director and/or OPS, participate in pre–mediation communications as appropriate, and coordinate scheduling with the Program Director, OPS, and participating parties.– Provide the Program Director and OPS only such administrative documentation as is necessary to indicate whether mediation occurred, whether the parties participated, and whether mediation was completed.– The mediator shall not disclose confidential mediation communications, substantive discussions, settlement positions, or opinions regarding the merits of the complaint.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
