Economic Development Strategic Plan Consultant

The County of Sacramento ("the County") is requesting proposals from consultants to produce an Economic Development Strategic Plan (EDSP) and Implementation Plan for the County. It is the intent of the County to select a single consultant to provide services outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The County seeks responses from consultants demonstrating successful experience in a wide variety of economic development consulting services and with experience in the State of California and in the Sacramento Region. Applicants should articulate a planning methodology that will lead to an actionable economic development strategy comprised of key objectives and the actions needed to achieve them. The consultant will be expected to produce a written report and actionable strategy that meets the needs of the County for the next 5 years.
