CSE-24100 - USA (Wheat Ridge, Colorado) - Security Services - Deadline August 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Wheat Ridge, CO. – Services will include daily and nightly patrols, onsite guard presence at designated properties, video monitoring, and on–call emergency response.– To ensure resident safety, deter criminal activity, and protect assets through consistent and professional security practices.– The guard must contact the reporting party by phone to assess and manage the situation until arrival.– Contractor must guarantee response within 30 minutes of a request for emergency or urgent security assistance.  – Provide 24–hour, on–call security response coverage.– Patrol and monitor for suspicious activity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 25, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
