FIRE-1781 - USA (Lowell, Massachusetts) - Fire Sprinkler Services - Deadline August 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire sprinkler services to the government authority located in Lowell, MA.– providing labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for fire sprinkler and pump systems testing/inspections and repairs as needed.1. The Contractor shall perform semi–annual inspection and testing of twenty (20)sprinkler systems located at nineteen (19) Authority facilities during the months ofFebruary and August.2. Semi–annual testing shall include, at a minimum, testing of all sprinkler system tamperswitches and exercising all control valves through their full range of motion.3. All inspection and testing shall be performed in accordance with the current edition ofagency 25 and all applicable federal, state, and local codes.4. The Contractor shall submit a complete inspection and test report for each sprinklersystem to the Superintendent of Facilities in accordance with the Contract's reportingrequirements.5. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all required inspections and testingduring the term of the Contract and shall identify any deficiencies requiring correctiveaction. Repairs shall be performed only when authorized by the Authority, unlessotherwise specified in the Contract• Date of inspection and testing.• Identification and location of the fire pump system.• All inspection and test results, including performance data and measurements.• Verification that the fire pump system was tested in accordance with agency 25requirements.• A detailed list of all deficiencies, impairments, damaged or non–compliant components,and any conditions requiring corrective action.• Recommendations for repairs or corrective measures, where applicable.• The name and signature of the technician performing the inspection and testing.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026
