(1) Vendor needs to provide professional photographer services 24 hours a day, within two (2) hours of request, seven days a week.– Be responsible for taking photographs and/or images of county facilities, officials, at meetings, events, award ceremonies, and other various programs as required by the director of public information.– Take, develop and print black and white or color photographs, and provide digital images via portable storage device (such as a flash drive or SD card), internet file sharing application or website, or e–mail of County facilities, officials, event.– Provide, at no extra cost to the County, for the developing, printing and enlarging of all photographs, slides, contact sheets and other prints as requested.– Keep digital files and files of negatives of past assignments in such a manner that they can be easily found.
