(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in San Angelo, TX.– Provide janitorial services for the agency (approximately 1,088 sq. ft.; actual maintained square footage may vary), consisting of two (2) buildings with four (4) offices, four (4) restrooms, one (1) meeting/break room, one (1) hallway, and one (1) lobby. Services are performed on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM and include routine cleaning and maintenance of all offices, restrooms, and common areas.– Provide all cleaning chemicals and consumable chemical products required– Perform weekly janitorial services for all offices, common areas, entrances, restrooms, and break rooms, including trash removal and liner replacement; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; dusting and cleaning surfaces, walls, glass, and high–touch areas; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and break rooms; cleaning appliances, drinking fountains, and fixtures; removing stains, spills, fingerprints, and cobwebs; polishing chrome and stainless–steel surfaces; washing dishes as needed; and replenishing restroom and break room consumable supplies.(2) A mandatory pre–response conference will be held on November 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
