(1) Vendor needs to provide deputy municipal judge services to the government authority located in Steamboat Springs, CO.• The municipal judge presides over the court.• The deputy municipal judge shall have the powers of the municipal judge when called upon to act by the municipal judge or city council.• City council may reappoint the deputy municipal judge at their discretion.• The deputy municipal judge is appointed by city council for a term of two years.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
