ACCT-25940 - USA (Jersey City, New Jersey) - Financial Advisor Services - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisor services to the government authority located in Jersey City, NJ.– Review and evaluate annual and long–range financing plans, tactical and strategic policies and plans, making recommendations and adjustments when appropriate.– Advise and assist in developing annual and long–range financial plans, capital projects, documentation, contracts, and reports related to the stated objectives and goals.– Develop and review and evaluate cash flows, financial models, financial schedules and reports, present value studies, and financial analysis necessary to develop and implement financing plans.– Develop and review and evaluate innovative financing, refinancing, and investment issues including professional reports and feasibility studies.– Advise and assist in presentations to credit rating agencies and bond insurers for the purpose of applying for credit ratings and credit rating enhancements.– Advise on budgetary cost control measures and revenue enhancements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
