(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA. – The CTE Maker Space is an addition that is designed to provide opportunities for students to engage with career pathways and interest areas during their middle school experience.– Collaboration space – Flexible collaboration space designed with movable furniture, writable surfaces, and integrated technology to support team–based projects and presentations.– Digital lab – A flexible, tech–rich environment designed for multimedia production, coding, and digital design.– Data lab – A STEM–focused space for data science, robotics, and analytics.– Health services lab – A simulated clinical environment for exploring careers in health and wellness.• The CMAR services shall include pre–construction, construction, and post–construction phases that include the following:– Pricing, phasing, and constructability reviews during design.– Pre–construction activities, including cost estimating and bidding services.– Act as construction manager at risk of approved scope of work.– Other related and required services to complete work in entirety.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.
