Mowing & Other Maintenance Services - Stormwater Management Facilities, CS

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to provide maintenance services for selected Stormwater Management Facilities. All services shall meet or exceed the Specifications listed in this solicitation and shall be based on a “per acre” unit cost basis. The County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder(s) for any unforeseen additions or deletions that may occur during the term of the agreement. The County reserves the right to temporarily suspend services during any unexpected drought or other acts of nature that may slow the growth of any vegetation. A list of current facilities is provided as Attachment D; this list is provided as a courtesy and will not be used in the determination of award. Award will be determined by low cost per acre.
