(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental planning and consulting services to the government authority located in FL.• The Consultant(s) may be tasked with work including, but not limited to, services falling under two groupings: Environmental Planning and Consulting Services and Noise Compatibility Program Implementation Services.• Noise Compatibility Program (NCP) Implementation Services1. Provide planning and administrative services demonstrating priorsuccessful implementation of Part 150 programs, including stakeholderengagement and multi–agency coordination2. Planning and administrative services related to noise mitigation3. Development of an implementation plan outlining procedures and summaryof actions required to implement the NCP approved measures4. Identify the NCP measures that are either eligible for or require federalgrants5. Determine program funding sources for noise mitigation projects6. Determine appropriate measures for monitoring, enforcing, and evaluationof the NCP measures7. Update/revalidate program costs/cost estimating8. Update Noise Exposure Maps (“NEMs”) as required9. Project team and agency (local, state, federal) coordination, includingbriefings10. Community and jurisdictional information meetings/briefings11. Updating Part 150 website for the Airports12. Develop program management guidelines13. Property acquisition analysis14. Specialized noise compatibility and alternatives analysis
