Louis, MO.– Provide professional consulting and development services related to the development of affordable housing utilizing the Low–Income Housing Tax Credit programa) Identify qualified firms with expertise in affordable housing development and agency financing.b) Establish a pre–qualified consultant and development partner pool.c) Provide County Housing flexibility to assign firms to specific projects through task orders or development agreements.– Typical services will include:i.
