(1) Vendor needs to provide optical coherence tomography system to the government authority located in Glen Ellyn, IL.– Optical coherence tomography system must be suitable for use in an ophthalmic technician educational and clinical training laboratory.– OCT system shall provide high–resolution retinal imaging suitable for instructional and clinical applications.– The OCT System shall provide OCT scanning of the macula.– The OCT System shall provide OCT scanning of the optic nerve head.– The OCT System shall include color fundus photography capability – highly recommended.– The OCT System shall provide automated scan acquisition to facilitate consistent image acquisition and student training.– The OCT System shall provide glaucoma analysis and associated imaging protocols.– The OCT System shall provide appropriate protocols for macular and optic nerve or glaucoma evaluation.– The system shall provide image review and analysis capabilities appropriate for ophthalmic technician education and clinical training.– The system software shall provide an intuitive, user–friendly interface suitable for use by faculty,staff, and students following appropriate training.– The system shall allow users to acquire, review, analyze, and store OCT and retinal images.– The system shall provide image quality and acquisition features appropriate for teaching properpatient positioning, scan acquisition, and retinal imaging techniques.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 27, 2026.
