(1) Vendor needs to provide park design service to the government authority located in Moncks Corner, SC. – Professional planning, landscape architecture, public engagement, cost estimating, and related services to develop a conceptual design and a comprehensive park master plan for the agency.– Essential tasks include project management, existing conditions analysis, community engagement, development of conceptual alternatives and a preferred park master plan, capital cost estimating with phased implementation recommendations, branding/signage/programming concepts, and delivery of a complete final park master plan report and supporting materials.– Conduct a kickoff meeting with agency to confirm project goals, scope, schedule, responsibilities, and deliverables.– Visit the property and review available background materials, surveys, studies, maps, plans, and other relevant information.– Develop and implement a community engagement process in coordination with agency.– Develop conceptual design alternatives based upon priorities, objectives, and goals established by agency and through community input.– Include a qualified construction or cost estimating professional to evaluate feasibility, constructability, and planning–level costs.– Prepare preliminary concepts for environmental education, interpretive features, and park signage: wayfinding, branding, and programming.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
