Purpose : The City of Winchester is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide 'Enter brief project description here This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Term of Contract : The original contract term shall be 'original contract term from date of award.
