(1) Vendor needs to provide mobilizing finance for climate resilient cities and sustainable mobility service in Ethiopian to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Mobilizing financing and partnerships for scaling urban climate resilience and sustainable mobility initiatives in Ethiopia.– Provide strategic advice on financing instruments including blended finance and PPPs.– Identify and map priority donors and investors– Develop compelling investment narratives and pitches– Facilitate a high–level investor roundtable– Produce a fundraising concept note and post–event report– Strengthen donor engagement pathways– Investment pitch development the consultant is expected to develop at least five investment–ready pitches.– Prepare an inception report outlining methodology, workplan, and engagement approach.– Inception and alignment.– Donor and investor mapping.– Roundtable design and facilitation.  (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
