Description
General work description: This solicitation is to establish a contract for the servicing and maintenance of various makes and models of building maintenance custodial equipment. Service will be performed at the vendor(s)’s facility(ies) or at the schools, whichever option is the most cost effective. Equipment includes, but is not limited to vacuums (backpack, upright, wet/dry, etc.), single and bi-speed buffers, carpet extractors and spotters, automatic floor scrubbers, propane burnishers, and anything else on the custodial bid.
