(1) Vendor needs to provide Ultralytics commercial license software.– The license must enable up to two developers to utilize YOLO (You Only Look Once) model(s) against up to five real–time video and camera feeds.– Provides commercial licensing entitlement enabling up to two (2) software developers to build, test, and maintain closed–source applications.– Closed–source and proprietary utilization: conveys full commercial rights to deploy and distribute closed–source, proprietary software products incorporating YOLO models without invoking open–source copyleft obligations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
