(1) Vendor needs to provide program partner services to the government authority located in Southbury, CT.            – Provide technical expertise, outreach support, implementation services, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, and reporting assistance necessary.– Program Partner will assist the town in planning, implementation, outreach, education, reporting, data collection, and related activities associated with the Town’s waste reduction efforts.• Assist the Town in refining project plans  • Participate in project kickoff and coordination meetings • Coordinate with Town staff, haulers, regional entities, businesses, nonprofits, and community stakeholders  • Develop timelines and milestones  • Public outreach and education• Waste reduction initiatives• Reporting and compliance(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
