BANKING-9315 - USA (Texas) - Lead Bank Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide lead bank services to the government authority located in Texas.– The services include lead bank services including, but not limited to controlled disbursement accounts, zero balance accounts (ZBAs), wire transfers, automated clearinghouse (ACH), online information inquiry and local depository services.– All accounts payable and payroll disbursements will be drawn on the applicable Member controlled disbursement account.– Cash management structure and requires an online treasury management platform capable of providing consolidated reporting and management of all eligible deposit accounts maintained with the Respondent.– Provide an online cash management solution that supports consolidated balance reporting, cash positioning, and the movement of funds.– Provide enhanced emergency support for time–sensitive banking activities, including but not limited to wire transfer cutoff issues, same–day payment processing failures, and other transactions with immediate financial impact.– The solution should provide confirmation of deposit receipt, deposit status, and exception notifications.– Account analysis statements shall include all applicable earnings credits, analysed service charges, account balances, transaction volumes, fees, and any other information necessary to fully reconcile monthly banking charges and verify all assessed fees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
