(1) Vendor needs to provide public records to new warehouse moving services to the government authority located in Fort Myers, FL.– Relocate public records from the city’s existing storage location to its new records warehouse.– Transport approximately:– 5,500 banker’s boxes, approximately 15 x 12 x 10.– 700 large plan boxes, approximately 24 x 24 x 36.– Banker’s boxes are estimated to weigh approximately 3–25 pounds each.– Large plan boxes are estimated to weigh approximately 30–70 pounds each.– Load, secure, transport, unload, and place all boxes at the designated warehouse location.– Coordinate the moving schedule and warehouse access with the city.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) A non mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.
