Vendor needs to provide cafe operation service to the government authority located in Kent, OH.– Provide cafe services and catering for faculty, staff, students, and the community.– Create a warm, inviting, and professional café environment that aligns with the values and culture of our campus and surrounding area.– Provide a full range of café services for breakfast, lunch, and at other times, and for campus catering events.– Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café space.– Develop a diverse and appealing menu that caters to a variety of dietary preferences– Provide well–trained and friendly cafe staff.– Ensure all state and local food safety and health regulations are adhered to in all aspects of the cafe operation.– Maintain appropriate hygiene and cleanliness at all times.– Develop marketing materials to promote the cafe to visitors and employees.– Optionally, engage in cross–promotions with our Campus (e.g., loyalty programs, discounts for staff).
