(1) Vendor needs to provide self–funded health plan stop–loss excess coverage service to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Medical and prescription drug stop–loss insurance to protect its self–funded employee health benefits plan against high–cost claims. – The scope includes obtaining or issuing carrier proposals through the agency’s market–assignment process, providing complete pricing, coverage terms, underwriting conditions, compensation disclosures and policy documents and following agency authorization, coordinating binding of coverage and delivery of the policy and endorsements. – The resulting insurance shall include the carrier’s policy administration, stop–loss claim review and reimbursement and related policyholder support. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
