(1) Vendor needs to provide AI workforce training services to the government authority located in Lawrence, MA.– Design and implement innovative artificial intelligence (AI) workforce development programs that prepare residents for employment in emerging AI–related occupations and support employers in adopting AI technologies.– Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy designed to recruit eligible participants, with emphasis on underserved populations and individuals experiencing barriers to employment.– Provide ongoing case management throughout program participation.– Training may include:• AI Fundamentals• Prompt Engineering• Generative AI• Machine Learning Fundamentals• Data Analytics• Cybersecurity• Cloud Computing• Digital Productivity Tools• Responsible AI• AI Ethics• AI Applications within Healthcare, Manufacturing, Business, Finance, Education, and Public Service• Demonstrated competency in using applicable AI tools• Hands–on application of AI technologies• Development of a portfolio, project, or other tangible demonstration of acquired AI skills• Application of AI skills to real–world workplace scenarios• Responsible and ethical use of AI• Exposure to AI applications in occupations relevant to regional employers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 8, 2026.
