(1) Vendor needs to provide state and federal lobbyists service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide professional legislative state and federal lobbying services for the city.– Provide professional legislative and funding services on the city behalf with government bodies, agencies, departments, offices and others on the issues.– Navigation, Communications and Advocacy:• Monitor and advise city staff on legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the city.• Identify any areas of potential concern or opportunity for obtaining passage of the city’s legislative priorities and other matters which, from time to time, may arise.– Policy Analysis:• Analyze proposed and active legislative policies, programs, and regulations that may impact the city, review legislative language, and provide recommendations and insights on evolving legislative and appropriations priorities.• Advise on potential coalition–building efforts with peers or organizations to amplify shared policy priorities by facilitating meetings with agencies, elected officials and stakeholders.– Funding Opportunities, Grant Identification and Assistance:• Identify and pursue grant opportunities that align with city projects and priorities and provide strategic advice on eligibility and competitiveness.• Support compliance with grant requirements and post–award reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
