(1) Vendor needs to provide bill printing and mailing services to the government authority located in Michigan. • Provide outsourced mail operation services for customer service division including, without limitation.• Ability to interface with Systems and Software’s current version of enQuesta, and/or be flexible enough to work with any software may use• Provide the capability to use website as an alternate secure file transfer method for data exchange in the event the primary SFTP data transfer method is unavailable or experiencing service disruptions.• Bills must be mailed within one business day of receipt• Ability to view and approve sample bills online before they are printed and mailed• Able to track all files that have been sent to the vendor before, during, and after processing.• E–mailed status reports must be provided daily after processing is complete.• Must be able to send bills via e–mail for identified customers and suppress bill printing(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on Sep 29, 2026
