EXTRA-77184 - USA (North Carolina) - Elevator and Lift Maintenance Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide elevator and lift maintenance services to the government authority located in NC. – Provide preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, emergency response, and related services for the county’s four (4) elevators and one (1) wheelchair lift.– Mechanical systems:– Adjust, clean, and lubricate all moving parts.– Inspect drive equipment, hydraulic system (if applicable), pumps, valves, guide rails, sheaves, governor, ropes or belts, machine bearings, machine brakes, buffers, pit equipment, and counterweights.– Door systems:– Clean door tracks.– Adjust door operators.– Inspect and clean rollers.– Inspect and clean door locks.(2) Non–mandatory site visit will be held on October 14, 2026.
