(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Brewton, AL.– Provide all cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, trash–can liners, and other materials necessary to perform the required services– Services shall include:• Clean entrance glass, inside and outside.• Sweep, mop, and disinfect all hard–surface floors.• Vacuum all carpeted areas, including rugs.• Approximate Facility Size: 3,100 square feet• Service Frequency: Once per week(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
