(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting professional engineering services to the government authority located in Leon Valley, TX. – The selected firm shall be capable of performing numerous disciplines such as general civil engineering, planning, surveying, architectural design, geotechnical analysis, construction management, environmental reviews, or at a minimum have the ability to coordinate with firms that provide such services.– Street, stormwater, and drainage capital improvements.– Stormwater and utility rate analysis.– Building and site plan, plat, and zoning review.– Professional engineer requirement.– Design phase services.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
