– Vendor needs to provide traffic counting service to the government authority located in Danville, CA. – A level of service (LOS) analysis shall be conducted for all the study intersections using the latest edition of the highway capacity software (HCS) or synchro and the results shall be documented in the report.– The traffic count data for each counted vehicle movement aggregated to the eight (8) 15–minute intervals for each two–hour peak period during which the traffic count occurred.– The data shall be submitted to the town in a hard copy summary format and in an electronic spreadsheet file format.– A peak hour signal warrant analysis for AM, midday (school PM) and commute PM peak hour shall be conducted for the unsignalized study intersections.– The consultant shall perform ADT and turning movement using manual or video camera technology traffic counts at specified– A traffic count report, including all the items listed herein shall be prepared and presented to the Town in a hard copy summary format and electronically in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file format.– A schematic diagram or map illustrating the geographic locations and node number of all signalized intersections.– The data shall be submitted to the town in both hard copy and in an editable, digital format.– A network map illustrating vehicle movement direction for all signalized intersections.– Traffic count data summary sheets.– Traffic signal timing sheets for the study intersections.
