(1) Vendor needs to provide mass email communication platform.– Provide a unified, enterprise–wide mass email and digital communications platform.– Scalable, secure, compliant, and cost–effective platform capable of supporting broad institutional communication needs such as campuswide announcements, departmental updates, constituent engagement, and automated transactional messaging.– Centralize mass email communications under a single university–wide platform.– Standardize branding, templates, and governance.– Improve deliverability, reliability, tracking, and analytics.– Reduce total cost of ownership by consolidating duplicative tools.– Allow departments configurable autonomy through role–based access controls.– Integrate seamlessly with identity systems, CRM platforms, and student information systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
