CONS-22051 - USA (Talbot, Maryland) - Comprehensive Shoreline Resilience Service - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive shoreline resilience service to the government authority located in Talbot, MD.• Eliminate persistent nuisance ponding on the Strand roadway by regrading the road surface andinstalling a positive drainage system.• Install stormwater BMPs in the beach access parking lot to treat, retain, and infiltrate stormwater.• Construct pedestrian access improvements that also protects the dune including a newconcrete sidewalk, curb and low retaining wall from the parking lot to the beach access point, meeting ADA accessibility requirements.• Protect the existing dune from vehicular impacts and construction disturbance, repairing any duneimpacts that occur during construction.• Complete all work in compliance with agency grant requirements, Town standards, and all applicablepermits.• Coordinating with the Town on permitting and approvals• Milling and overlaying the existing road to the proposed alignment for positive drainage• Installing curb/gutter, concrete sidewalk, and low retaining wall• Installing channel drain system in the roadway• Installing stormwater BMPs (infiltration/retention) in the beach access parking lot• Ensuring limited impact to the existing dune and repairing dune where impacted• Implementing all required sediment and erosion control measures• Providing traffic control during construction• Ensuring all work necessary to complete the Phase 1 plans is completed(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026
