(1) Vendor needs to provide terminal flight data manager system.• The TFDM System supports new services that provide automation support to current, manually intensive operations and replaces critical, antiquated components in Airport Traffic.• New services: Electronic Flight Data (EFD); Traffic Flow Data management (TFD); Airport Resources Management (ARM); Surface Scheduling (SS); Surface Metering (SM); Metrics, Reporting & Analysis (MRA); System Administration and Support (SAS); and Monitoring and Control (M&C).• TFDM System must calculate predicted departure runway assignments for every departure using inputs inclusive of the following: a. User entry b. Adapted Departure Runway Assignment Rules c. Runway balancing rules d. Flight–Operator Provided List of Flight–Specific Acceptable/Unacceptable Runways e. Current Airport Configuration f. Current Airport Resource Status (2) The contract period will be for one year.
