(1) Vendor needs to provide additional compensation benefits review service to the government authority located in Camarillo, CA.         – Develop recommendations supporting recruitment, retention, succession planning, and employee engagement.– Provide an independent assessment of the current additional compensation programs and recommend best practices to improve market competitiveness, internal equity, administrative consistency, recruitment and retention effectiveness, fiscal sustainability, and legal compliance.– Compensation administration consulting, classification and compensation studies, total rewardsstrategies, and municipal human resources experience.– Review eligibility criteria including which classifications, positions, appointed officials, or elected officials should be eligible for each program.– Conducting compensation program reviews, premium pay analyses, total rewards assessments, classification and compensation studies, and market benchmarking.– Inventory all existing additional compensation programs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
