Vendor needs to provide fund professional services to the government authority located in New Jersey.• Unless the commissioner of insurance permits, the service provider shall handle, to conclusion, all claims and other obligations incurred during the contract period.• Payment vouchers, checks and receipts prior to presentation of the bills list to the Executive Committee.• Sign and distribute all expense payment checks.• Fund claim imp rest accounts in amounts requested by Third Party Claims Administrators.• Compare claims administrator and treasurer records of claim payments, recoveries, voids, and adjustments and report variances to the claim’s administrator and Executive Director/Administrator.• To provide legal advice to the fund's fund commissioners–executive committee.• The fund's fund commissioners–executive committee, attorneys to handle claims against the fund or the member municipalities where the fund is obligated to provide a defense, and to supervise the work of such attorneys who shall not be a member of the same law firm.
